Delicate plum and damson on the nose, rice cracker and dried basil, candied lemon leading into a rich lemon and sour cherry fruit palate; fine salt, crab apple and peach.  
An intricate and engaging wine, with finely balanced acidity and fruit, mature flavours in a youthful skin. (2017 harvest)  13%
