At Bat & Bottle, we make choices with sustainability at the forefront. From working with eco-conscious producers and winemakers to selecting materials that reduce environmental impact, we aim to protect the planet at every step. Even the way our wines travel to the UK is carefully planned to minimise emissions and reduce the carbon footprint of transport.

Because we are the sole importers of our wines, most bottles travel back with us directly from Italy. A few pallet shipments arrive each year for the rest of our stock. Wherever possible, we carefully plan these journeys to keep emissions low and reduce the carbon footprint of transport.

Sustainability is also at the heart of the wines we select. Each of our producers practices responsible, sustainable farming, with minimal additives in their wines. This means that what you enjoy in your glass is made with care for the land, the environment, and future generations.
