At Bat & Bottle, we have always made choices with sustainability at the forefront. From working with eco-conscious producers and winemakers, to selecting materials that reduce impact on the environment, we aim to protect the planet at every step, including the way our wines travel to the UK.

Because we are the sole importers of most of our wines, some bottles travel back with us directly from Italy. Pallet shipments arrive each year for most of our stock. We carefully plan these journeys to keep emissions low and reduce the carbon footprint of transport.

Sustainability is also at the heart of the wines we select. Each of our producers practices responsible, sustainable farming, with minimal additives in their wines. This means that what you enjoy in your glass is made with artisan skill and care, including love for the land, the environment, and future generations.
