Prosecco from the volcanic hills of the Colli Euganei, a fine terroir that some may say is wasted on Glera, the joyous, puppy-like grape variety responsible for Prosecco’s success. Perhaps, perhaps not… I love the subtle salt and mineral character that somehow tightens the immaculate ripe fruit.
