Grape: Nebbiolo 90%, Barbera 10%

Cherry and rose on the nose, lovely cherry, peach, orange and pineapple fruit, pale pink with fine bubbles.  A charming, open fruity style, not too serious and still true to the Nebbiolo grape. Delicate acidity with an elegant mousse finish. 12.5%

Made from Metodo Martinotti (Charmat, the Prosecco way) making this wine clean and dry with prominent primary characteristics.  The Charmat takes 60 days and the wine is usually from a single vintage, so there is variation each year.
