Melon and white peach aromas, with fig and dried sage, piercing pink grapefruit and paw paw flavours, sour apple and sea salt, an engaging and vibrant wine.  13% 

Masso is a rock strewn vineyard rich in iron and sand, east-facing at 700m.  The vines are 55 years old and bush trained at a density of 2800 vines per hectare.
The grapes are hand-picked, de-stemmed; a quarter of which is fermented on the skins, using wild yeasts.  After fermentation the wine is kept on the lees for 6 months in cement tanks, with regular bâtonnage.
