The vineyards are planted in the old pergola system at around 3000 plants per hectare which 80hl of wine. The soils are glacial with sand and stone mixed in. The harvest is by hand in the first part of October and fermented immediately without the stalks, in steel tanks at a controlled temperature (18-20).
These are wines made to be drunk young though there is some interesting bottle development over a year or two.
