A grand Verdicchio whose vines were planted in 2000, the vineyard is farmed organically and the vines Guyot trained, as is now common in the Marche.  Winemaking is refreshingly straightforward: free run juice fermented at a controlled, cool temperature in steel tanks; maturation in steel for 18 months with the malolactic fermentation blocked; there is some lees contact although the lees had been thinned out.
