Monte dei Roari. Bardolino 'Reboi'
Grapes Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara and Rossignola.
The 2017 is here and I prefer it, so, here’s your chance to pick up a biodynamic red that was fermented in a huge cement egg, using the ever-present wild-yeasts. 2016 is a beautiful wine going for a song.
Sloe, cranberry and juicy black cherry fruit, red rose aromas and just a touch of almond and burnt pepper. 12.5%
Absolutely straight Bardolino, a blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara and Rossignola grown in organically certified and biodynamically farmed vineyards. The fermentation is spontaneous without temperature control and done in concrete eggs.
