A fantastic high-altitude, single vineyard Chianti Classico Riserva named after Valeria's father, Luigi.
The vines are harvested by hand and the bunches de-stemmed and sorted before a spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks. Ageing is in a 20hl botti.
