A traditional brew from Gohyakumangoku rice, grown in the Hyogo Prefectire which is polished down until only 60% of the grain is left.
Lighter in style to other sakes, the Honjozo has a descrete nose with lime, lemon and straw. The palate is dry with hints of citrus flavours. Smooth and well balanced. 15%
