Sweet red berry fruit, savoury roasted red peppers with deep, rich raw chocolate, fig and date flavours. 
A 10 week appasimento (a partial drying of the grapes) before fermentation and ageing are carried out in steel.  This process leaves a beautiful smooth, naturally sweet wine with 14 grams of residual sugar.  14%
