Grapes Corvina and Corvinone (80%), Rondinella (20%) Molinara (up to 5%, depending on the vintage)

 A simple wine of perfect proportions, the little black dress of wines. Fermented in temperature controlled tanks at no more than 25˚C after which it spends ten days on the skins before being racked off and aged for three months before being released. 12.5%
