The wine was fresh and rich, lovely balance, very grown-up and he really didn’t want to tell me what it was. Do you like it? How do you feel about this wine? White clay and limestone soils, the vines are Guyot trained at 6500 vines per hectare. The grapes are hand-picked in the first week of September, to preserve acidity and avoid excessive alcohol.
