The vineyard is 1.5 hectares and the vines are between 8 and 18 years old. The total production of this wine is four thousand bottles. The grapes are picked by hand and macerated on the skins for fifteen days, alcoholic fermentation is with indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation and ageing is in used barrels for eighteen months.
